We order and pay the manufacturer as buyer and importer, then sell the goods to you. We invoice in PLN or EUR. The price and invoicing currency are agreed before the order.

Shipping from China to Poland and the EU
Express courier, air freight, rail or sea, depending on weight, value and deadline. Combining goods from several suppliers into one shipment, cargo insurance, delivery to the agreed address.

Import clearance in Poland through a customs agency; duties and import VAT are handled by ALNITARA. Before dispatch we check the documents and markings required for the specific product.

Six steps from enquiry to delivery
You define the requirements and approve the quotation. We organise purchasing, shipping and customs clearance. At every stage it is clear who is responsible for the goods, the payments and the documents. Details on the turnkey China import page.

On request we order samples. The main order is placed once you approve them.

Once you accept the quotation and pay the deposit, we place the order with the manufacturer.

After production and before dispatch, an independent inspection can be arranged (optional). We organise shipping and insurance.

We clear the goods in Poland. After the final payment we deliver them to the agreed address with the VAT invoice and documents.
